Uploading Sales Reports

A core function of Sagging Royalties is aggregating your sales data.

Supported Formats

We support standard reports from:

  • Asterism
  • Ingram LightningSource / IngramSpark
  • Amazon KDP
  • Draft2Digital
  • Snipcart
  • And more...

Most reports are Sales Reports, which include sales quantities of publications for a period of time. Some include payment information useful for calculating net earnings. However, some vendors offer separate reports with payment information.

How to Upload

  1. Navigate to Upload Reports in the publisher portal and click on either Upload Sales Report or Upload Payment Report, depending on the kind of report you have.
  2. Select the Channel (e.g., Ingram).
  3. Choose the Format you are uploading.
  4. Select the file from your computer.
  5. Click Upload.

The system will parse the file, match ISBNs to your catalog, and calculate royalties based on your formulas.
